Mahesh Babu’s undershoot film Dookudu is progressing at brisk pace in and around Hyderabad. The makers are planning to wrap the film at the earliest and release the film on 26th August. The post-production works of the film are progressing simultaneously. The current schedule is taking place in Khairatabad, Hyderabad.

Samantha is playing the female lead in the film and Prakash Raj as antagonist. Gopi Mohan penned the story, Thaman is composing the music and K V Guhan is cranking the camera. Dookudu is being produced by Achanta Ram, Anil Sunkara and Gopichand on 14 Reels Entertainments banner.
