Gautham Menon and Mahesh Babu is coming together for a new venture which is yet to be titled. Director of the films like 'Kaakha Kaakha' starring Surya in Tamil, a remake with Vekatesh 'Garshana' in Telugu and Kamal Haasan's 'Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu', is directing this new flick.

This movie is jointly produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Manjula, Mahesh's sibling. The film stars Mahesh Babu of 'Okkadu', 'Athidi' in the lead and the heroine is yet to be finalized.

Before this proposal, Gautham Menon was planning to direct a movie that delves into feminine passions starring Trisha in the lead. The diva was in a tight schedule unable to provide dates which made the director to commence Mahesh's project firstly.

Reliable sources says that Mahesh's new flick with Gautham will be commencing this December. The meticulous hero is going to lend utmost effort to work in this project along with Trivikram's 'Varudu' simultaneously.
