Eesha - To eat or not to eat

We all know that Eesha Koppikhar has been working very hard on the sets of Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi. But simultaneously she has being paying a lot of attention to her diet. She has a special attendant at all times who keeps tab of all that she eats during the day along with its timings.

So while all of us have our little secret black book of important names, numbers and details, Eesha's is definitely different with listings of all that she nibbles.
