Hyd Board announces HSC exam results

Controller of Examinations Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad Saturday announced awaited results of Higher Secondary Certificate Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical and Science General Groups' Annual Examinations 2011.

The annual examinations of these groups were conducted in the month of May 2011 and the preparation of results of candidates took over six months.

According to announcement, 14862 candidates including 1719 girls, appeared in pre-engineering group examinations and a total of 9970 candidates including 1283 girls have been declared pass in all six papers.

Besides, 3076 candidates including 1283 girls have been declared pass in five subjects, 722 candidates including 55 girls have been declared fail in two subjects, 232 candidates including 27 girls have been declared pass in three subjects, 44 including seven girls have been declared fail in four subjects while 18 candidates including one girl achieved a landmark by clearing only one subject.

The numbers of failure candidates in all subjects is 20 including one girl.

The management of BISE Hyderabad withheld the results of 33 candidates including two girls on account of copying cases while the results of 747 candidates including 45 girls have been withheld by the Conduct Branch BISE Hyderabad on different grounds.

In pre-medical group examinations, 17681 candidates including 9761 girls, appeared in the examinations, 12446 candidates including 7718 girls have been declared pass in all six subjects.

A total of 3014 candidates including 1210 girls have succeeded in clearing five subjects, 1019 candidates including 366 girls have been declared pass in four subjects, 490 candidates including 136 girls have been declared pass in three subjects, 82 including 22 girls have cleared only two subjects and 26 including 11 girls have cleared only one subject in the examinations.

A total of 40 candidates including 26 girls have been declared fail in all subjects.

The management of BISE Hyderabad has withheld the results of 39 candidates including 13 girls on account of copying cases while the results of 525 candidates including 259 girls have been withheld by the Conduct Branch of BISE Hyderabad for different reasons.

Total 488 candidates including 261 girls appeared in Science General Group Examination, 229 including 128 girls have been declared pass in all six subjects, 130 including 54 girls in five subjects, 75 including 48 girls in four subjects, 31 including 15 girls in three subjects and three candidates including one male candidate have been declared pass only in one subject.

The Conduct Branch of BISE Hyderabad withheld the results of seven candidates including two girls for different reason while no candidate was declared booked on charge of copying case.
