Chocolate Cake I
Ingredients :
- Milk 1/2 cup 44 cal
- Grated semisweet chocolate 1/2 cup 402 cal
- White sugar 1 1/2 cups 454 cal
- Eggs 2 nos 130 cal
- Sour cream 3/4 cup 325 cal
- Baking soda 1 tsp 0 cal
- Water 1 tbsp 0 cal
- Cake flour 2 cups cal
- Butter, softened 1/2 cup 3256 cal
Method :

Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan.

Grate the chocolate. In a small saucepan, boil the milk and chocolate until mixture forms a custard.

Cream the butter or margarine and sugar.
4.
Add eggs and sour cream to the creamed mixture.
5.
Dissolve the baking soda in water, and add to the creamed mixture.
6.
Add the flour, and mix thoroughly. Add the chocolate mixture and beat well.
7.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
8.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes to one hour.
