Shahi Tukda (Bread with Reduced Milk)
Ingredients :
- Bread 5 slices 345 cal
- Ghee For fry cal
- Thick rabri (reduced milk) 100 gm cal
- Sugar 100 gm 384 cal
- Rose essence 2 drops 0 cal
- Water 50 ml 0 cal
- Cashew nuts/pistachio For garnish cal
Method :

Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles after trimming their sides.

Make a thick sugar syrup by boiling the listed ingredients.

Heat the ghee and fry the bread. Soak the sugar syrup for 5 minutes.
5.
Arrange the slices on a platter and top it with rabdi.
6.
Garnish with silver leaf and nuts.
