Chicken & Egg DomburiIngredients :

  • Chicken 400 grams 440 cal
  • Chicken Stock 1ΒΌ cup 132 cal
  • Dark Soya Sauce 4 tbsp 43 cal
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp 18 cal
  • Dry Sherry 4 tbsp 65 cal
  • Sugar 2 tbsp 31 cal
  • Onion 6 nos 300 cal
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp 14 cal
  • Egg 4 nos 516 cal

Chicken & Egg DomburiMethod :

1.
Clean and cut the chicken breasts into thin strips or cubes

2.
Boil the chicken stock, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, sugar and boil further.

3.
Next add the chicken strips to the stock and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

4.
Add the chopped onions and keep for a minute.

5.
Then add the lightly beaten eggs and let it stand for another 2 minutes.

6.
Stir carefully, remove from the heat and serve with hot rice.
