Fish Curry
Ingredients :
- Fish 800 grams 128 cal
- Onion 1 no 6 cal
- Garlic 1 tbs 5.7 cal
- Dry Red Chillies 12 nos 96 cal
- Tomato 1 no 22 cal
- Cumin Seeds 1 tbs 15 cal
- Tamarind Paste 1 tbsp 18 cal
- Turmeric Powder 1 tbs 14.3 cal
- Green Chillies 4 nos 32 cal
- Oil 1 tbsp 135 cal
- Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp 18 cal
- Ginger 1 tbsp 3.28 cal
- Salt 2 pinch 0 cal
Method :
1.
Grind dry red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and turmeric powder with water to make a fine paste.

Rub the slices of the fish with some salt and a pinch of turmeric powder and keep aside for 5 minutes.
3.
Wash well and drain the water.
4.
Heat the oil in a wok and saute the onions till they turns golden brown.
5.
Add the paste and the chopped tomatoes. Saute slightly.
6.
Now add tamarind paste and water to it and bring it to a boil.
7.
Add the fish, green chillies and salt.
8.
Mix very gently and simmer on moderate heat for about 6 minutes or till the fish is cooked .
