  • Mutton 1 kg 9238 cal
  • Red Chili 20 nos 65 cal
  • Garlic 20 cloves 70 cal
  • Onion 4 nos 84 cal
  • Cardamom 6 nos 70 cal
  • Cloves 6 nos 42 cal
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks 6 cal
  • Ginger 4 tsp 13.2 cal
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp 14.3 cal
  • Coriander Seed 3 tbsp 100.2 cal
  • Curd 1 cup 220 cal
  • Lemon 1 no 14.5 cal
  • Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch 75.5 cal
  • Ghee 6 tbsp 528 cal
  • Salt Taste 0 cal

Mutton Chili FryMethod :

1.
Wash and cut the meat into 2 inch cubes.

2.
Slice the onions into thin long pieces and also cut the ginger and garlic separately.

3.
Heat a teaspoon of ghee on a tava and roast the chilies till dark in color. Fry the coriander seeds, garlic and ginger separately in the same way, using just 1 teaspoon ghee for each ingredient. Keep these fried spices aside.

4.
In a large saucepan, heat the remaining ghee and fry the onions till golden brown and crisp and keep aside.

5.
Now add the cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon to the ghee and fry, put the mutton and turmeric powder and salt.

6.
Cover and cook till the meat is half cooked.
