Mutton Curry
Ingredients :
- Mutton 1 kg 9238 cal
- Onion 100 grams 42 cal
- Garlic 5 nos 149 cal
- Ginger 1 tsp 10 cal
- Bay Leaf 4 nos 13 cal
- Coconut Milk 1 ½ cup 387 cal
- Curd 1 cup 220 cal
- Almond 2 tbsp 46 cal
- Pistachios 2 tbsp 70 cal
- Apricot 50 gms 24 cal
- Coconut 1/4 cup 336 cal
- Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp 65.7 cal
- Vinegar 2 tbsp 5 cal
- Egg (boiled) 4 nos 516 cal
- Garam Masala 1 tbsp 40.3 cal
- Green Pea 1 cup 117 cal
- Cumin Seed 1 tbsp 46.5 cal
- Coriander Seed 1 tbsp 33.48 cal
- Coriander Leaves 2 nos 22 cal
- Saffron 1 tsp 12.7 cal
- Milk 1/2 tsp 2 cal
- Salt Taste 0 cal
Method :
1.
Grind together onions, garlic, ginger, coconut and poppy seeds.
2.
Add the spices, salt, curds and vinegar, & apply to the mutton
3.
Put in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook till the mutton is dry.
4.
Add the coconut milk and nuts and fruits and 1 cup green peas, and continue cooking over a slow fire till the
mutton is tender.
5.
Decorate with eggs and coriander leaves.
6.
Serve with rice.
