  • Vinegar 2 tbsp 5 cal
  • Egg (boiled) 4 nos 516 cal
  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp 40.3 cal
  • Green Pea 1 cup 117 cal
  • Cumin Seed 1 tbsp 46.5 cal
  • Coriander Seed 1 tbsp 33.48 cal
  • Coriander Leaves 2 nos 22 cal
  • Saffron 1 tsp 12.7 cal
  • Milk 1/2 tsp 2 cal
  • Salt Taste 0 cal

Mutton CurryMethod :

1.
Grind together onions, garlic, ginger, coconut and poppy seeds.

2.
Add the spices, salt, curds and vinegar, & apply to the mutton

3.
Put in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook till the mutton is dry.

4.
Add the coconut milk and nuts and fruits and 1 cup green peas, and continue cooking over a slow fire till the mutton is tender.

5.
Decorate with eggs and coriander leaves.

6.
Serve with rice.
