Mutton Do Piazza
Ingredients :
- Mutton 500 grams 4510 cal
- Onion 500 grams 210 cal
- Curd 350 grams 880 cal
- Clove 6 nos 48 cal
- Cardamon 4 nos 38 cal
- Ginger 1/2 tbsp 4.5 cal
- Cinnamon 1 tbsp 6 cal
- Garam Masala 1 tsp 13.3 cal
- Chili powder 1 tsp 6 cal
- Cumin Seed 1 tsp 15.3 cal
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp 33.48 cal
- Coriander Leaves 2 nos 17 cal
- Ghee 4 tbsp 352 cal
- Salt to taste 0 cal
Method :
1.
Grind onions, ginger, garlic to a paste.
2.
Heat 4 tbsps. ghee and fry the paste till golden brown colour.
3.
Add the mutton and the whole spices and fry it till it is well browned on all sides.
4.
Put the curds, coriander powder, ground cumin seeds, salt and chili powder.
5.
Cover tightly and cook over a low fire till the mutton is tender and completely dry.
6.
Than fry for a while till the ghee separates from the masala.
7.
Serve immediately sprinkled with coriander leaves and garam masala.
