Tawa Murgh
Ingredients :
- Chicken 300 Gm 30 cal
- Ginger 1/2 Tsp 160 cal
- Garlic 1/2 Tsp 2.8 cal
- Cardamom Powder 1 Pinch 1.5 cal
- Lemon Juice 1 Tsp 1.1 cal
- Salt Taste 0 cal
- Fresh Cream 3 Tsp cal
- Curd 4 Tbsp 84 cal
- Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp 6.6 cal
Method :
1.
For the first marination; mix the chicken with the chopped ginger, chopped garlic, cardamom powder, lemon juice and salt and keep it for 3-4 hours.
2.
For the second marination, now add cream, hung curd and garam masala to the marinated chicken and leave it aside for another 2-3 hours.
3.
For the main preparation: heat oil in a wok. Add the marinated chicken to it and cook for 8 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
