A Potato Salad Sandwich
Ingredients :
- Hamburger bun 1 nos 130 cal
- Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp 73 cal
- Lettuce 2 leaves 2 cal
- Tomato 2 slices 8 cal
- Prepared potato salad 1/3 cup 240 cal
Method :
1.
Open bun and spread each side with mayonnaise.
2.
Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on bottom half of bun.
3.
Scoop potato salad onto tomato, and gently spread toward edges of bun.
4.
Cover with top of bun.
