Dahi Keema Samosa

Preparation Method

  1. 1 Heat Oil, add Garam Masala, sliced Onion and sauté unTil they turn a golden brown.
  2. 2 Add the Ginger Garlic paste.
  3. 3 Add the Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powderr, Coriander Seedss powder, Curd to the Mutton keema and mix well.
  4. 4 Add the marinated Mutton keema to the Oil and cook well.
  5. 5 Add the Ginger to the Mutton keema. Add the Dry Fruits.
  6. 6 For the Samosa
  7. 7 Add Salt to refined all all purpose flour along with Oil to make a stiff dough.
  8. 8 Portion into small balls. Roll into pancakes.
  9. 9 Add the Mutton keema to pancake and shape (crescent shaped).
  10. 10 Fry Till cooked. Mix the Hung Curd, castor Sugar, Salt, Cardamom Powder, Rose Water and mix well.
