Fried Potatoes
Ingredients :
- Red potatoes 4 nos 653 cal
- Olive oil 1 tbsp 119 cal
- Onion, chopped 1 nos 8.4 cal
- Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1nos cal
- Olive oil 2 tbsp 238 cal
- Salt 1 tsp 0 cal
- Paprika 3/4 tsp 5 cal
- Ground black pepper 1 1/4 tsp 7.5 cal
- Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup 10 cal
Method :
1.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

Drain, cool cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
3.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat.
4.
Add onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring often, until soft; about 5 minutes.
5.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
6.
Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the skillet and turn heat to medium-high.
7.
Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and black pepper.
8.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned; about 10 minutes.
9.
Stir in the onions, green peppers and parsley and cook for another minute.
10.
Serve hot.
