Garlic Red Potatoes
Ingredients :
- Red potatoes, quartered 2 pound 653 cal
- Butter, melted 1/4 cup 407 cal
- Minced garlic 2 tsp 12 cal
- Salt 1 tsp 0 cal
- Lemon, juiced 1 nos cal
- Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp 22 cal
Method :
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.
Place potatoes in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
3.
In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; pour over potatoes and stir to coat.
4.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
5.
Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
6.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
