Karuvepalli (Curry Leaves) Kozambhu
Ingredients :
- Curry Leaves 1 cup 7 cal
- Imli Paste 1 1/2 tsp 12 cal
- Red Chillies 6 nos 38.5 cal
- Urad Dal 2 tsp 24 cal
- Mustard 1/4 tsp 0.66 cal
- Hing pinch 7 cal
- Salt 1 1/2 0 cal
- Oil 1 135 cal
Method :
1.
Fry urad dal, red chillies and hing in oil.
2.
Wet grind the above mixture with curry leaves, imli paste, and salt.
3.
Boil the above with 2 to 4 cups of water.
4.
Heat some oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add this to the sambhar.
