Palak Methi Na Muthiya
Ingredients :
- Spinach Leaves 1 bunch 29 cal
- Fenugreek Leaves 2 springs 10 cal
- Green Chilli, Ginger Paste 1 ½ tsp 15 cal
- Wheat Flour 4 tbsp 25 cal
- Gram Flour 2 tbsp 15 cal
- Semolina 2 tbsp 75 cal
- Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp 7 cal
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp 8 cal
- Baking Powder 1/4 tsp 2 cal
- Oil 3 tbsp 405 cal
- Garlic 1 tsp 5.7 cal
- Onion 2 tbsp 6 cal
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 7 cal
- Fresh Cream 1 ½ tbsp 20 cal
- Coriander 2 tbsp 66 cal
- Salt Taste 0 cal
- Paneer 3 tbsp 66 cal
- Tomato 50 grams 9 cal
Method :
1.
In a bowl, combine the fenugreek and spinach leaves.
2.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, mix it well and squeeze out all the
liquid.
3.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into soft
dough, using water.
4.
Apply a little oil on your hands and divide the mixture into
bite-sized portions and place in a steamer.
5.
Top with a little grated paneer and one piece of tomato.
6.
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot with green
chutney.
