Panch Phoron Taarkari
Ingredients :
- Gym Pumpkin, Dims 150 pcs cal
- Potatoes 1/2 cup 56.5 cal
- Brirtjal 1 Cup cal
- Dry Chilles 2 Nos 12 cal
- Oil 2 Tbsp 270 cal
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 Tsp 5.5 cal
- Aniseeds 1/2 Tsp 3.5 cal
- Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp 1.3 cal
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tsp 7.3 cal
- Bay Levels 2 Nos 2 cal
- Green Chillies 2 Nos 16 cal
- Turmeric power 1 Tsp 14.5 cal
- Milk 1 Tsp 2 cal
- Sugar 1/2 Tsp 7.1 cal
- Salt Taste 0 cal
Method :
1.
Heat the oil and add all the spices.
2.
Stir-fry the spices, add the cut vegetables and mix well.
3.
Add the green chillies, sugar, salt, turmeric and mix thoroughly.
4.
Pour enough water and add milk to cook the vegetables.
5.
Simmer till vegetables are tender and the water is absorbed.
6.
Serve hot with luchies (pooris) or rice.
