Tomato Spread With Paneer
Ingredients :
- Bread 12 slices 780 cal
- Tomato 100 grams 18 cal
- Bread Crumbs 1 tbsp 27 cal
- Paneer 1/4 cup 28 cal
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp 12 cal
- Butter 1 tsp 29 cal
- Ginger 1 piece 5 cal
- Green chili 1 flake 8 cal
- Salt to taste 0 cal
- Pepper 2 tsp 23 cal
Method :
1.
Scald and peel the tomatoes. Mash them to a smooth pulp.
2.
Heat butter. Add tomato pulp, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, green
chili, breadcrumbs, sugar and salt to taste.

Cook on a low heat till the mixture thickens. Sprinkle a little
pepper powder. Remove from heat.
4.
Spread a layer of this mixture on the un-toasted side of bread
triangles and garnish with paneer flakes.
5.
Bake in a moderately hot oven till the paneer flakes turn golden.
6.
Serve hot.
