Ajith gets going

The 2006 has so far been lucky for Ajith. His string of failures was halted by Paramasivan released this January. Adding to his joy, his much awaited Tirupathi directed by Perarasu is dong well at the box office in spite of the mixed reviews.

Going one step further, he is all set to commence his next for director Bala.

The news of Ajith teaming up with Bala was on the air for a long time. Finally, the duo gets on to work on 10 May, when they commence shooting for the movie.

Tentatively titled Naan Kadavul, the movie would be shot in Varanasi. The whole cast and crew are heading to the holy place to commence shooting next week.

Naan Kadavul stars Bhavana opposite Ajith and would have musical score by Ilayaraja. P L Thenappan, who is producing Vallavan, would also produce Naan Kadavul.

Hope Ajith scores a hat-trick this year.
