Shankar elated at response for Sivaji

Close on the heels of the release of Sivaji, director Shankar went on a vacation to Canada with his family members. Rumors were agog that he had developed a difference of opinion with the producers AVM and hence chose to go on a trip abroad. However the AVM were quick to deny the news as rumors.

Shankar had watched his Sivaji in Canada. He was elated at the movie's response in the foreign country. Also the news of the movie's phenomenal success has brought double delight for him.

Shankar is set for return to Chennai on 29 June. Soon after his arrival, he will concentrate on couple of films being produced by his 'S' Pictures - Kallori by Balaji Sakthivel and Arai En 305il Kadavul. Also he will finalize his next directorial venture soon.
