Ajmal’s Tamil debut in 'Anjathey'

Ajmal Ameer, who debuted through the film 'Pranayakalam' opposite Vimala Raman, is entering into Tamil films through 'Anjathey'. He has got a very important role in Mysskin'€™s 'Anjathey'. He is almost playing the second hero in a film that already has two heroes - Narain and Prasanna.

Ajmal, a doctor -turned model-turned-actor is hailing from Aluva. He studied medicine from National Pairogab Univeristy at Ukraine. He is a doctor by profession working at Ramakrishna mission hospital at Mumbai.

Ajmal, the handsome boy was selected Mr. Personality in the Black Pearl model contest held at Ukraine in 2003. Then he became a regular model and performed at stages in Moscow and Italy.

After completing his M.D. from Russia, he shifted to Mumbai and worked as a part time model apart from pursuing his career as a doctor.

Despite enjoying a successful career, he has always been dreaming of becoming an actor in films. An ardent fan of Mammootty and Mohanlal, he wanted to become a filmy hero in his life.

Finally his dream came true by the help of Udhay Ananthan, an ad film based director. He got the chance to act in 'Pranayakalam', in which he impressed everyone by his awesome performance. He was particularly good in the five songs in the film.

He was lucky enough to act along with big veteran stars like Murali, Thilakan and Balachandra Menon in his debut film, who taught him much about the natural ways of acting.

The movie did not do well at the box office but Ajmal'€™s performance was widely applauded. He is quite excited about his project in Mysskin'€™s 'Anjathey', as it gives him another chance to showcase his talents.
