Sandhya dons villain role

Can you imagine the cute and bubbly young girl Sandhya in a villain role? Some of her die hard fans might think that it would be cruel to portray her as a baddie but the actor takes it as a challenge. So she has accepted the offer when someone approached her with such a role.

She is donning the negative role not in Tamil. It is in a Malayalam movie, titled 'D-17', jointly made by visual communication students. Athul Kulkarni is doing a prominent role in the movie, which revolves around the incidents that take place in a single room.

Sandhya says that it is possible to take up experimental roles in Malayalam. If you act in such roles in Tamil, adds the actress, you will be typecast and offered the same kind of roles in future. So Sandhya doesn'��t want to take such a risk in Tamil.

However, she is not averse to kissing on screen in Tamil movies. She has accepted to act in such a scene in '��Thoondil'��. '��The story required it'��, says the lass. She also confirms that she would do kissing scenes in future too, '��if the script demands it'��.
