‘Sadhu Miranda’: comedy thriller

Director Siddhique, who made memorable films like '��Friends'��, '��Engal Anna'��, is ready to entertain the audiences with his latest offering '��Sadhu Miranda'��, a family entertainer with elements of comedy and thriller.

The director said in an interview to musicmazaa that he always wanted to make thrillers properly mixed with comedy element. He said that he got inspiration from director Bhagyaraj to tell the story with a touch of comedy. '��But I was surprised that he too opted to avoid the comedy when he made a thriller movie '��Vidiyumvarai Kaaththtiru'��. I used to think why the director hasn'��t brought in the comedy element in this film. I always want to make comedy thrillers and '��Sadhu Miranda'�� is one such movie'��, said the director.

The surprise package of the movie is that Prasanna is doing a different role. He is doing an action packed role for the first time in his career. The trailer shows Prasanna as a guy with shades of a disturbed mind and a fighting attitude. Prasanna in a chat with musicmazaa expressed his happiness in donning such a powerful role. The movie also has Abbas in a negative role.

Kavya Madhavan, who plays the role of a TV compeer, is looking for the release with excitement. The movie, she believes could bring a break in her career in Tamil.

The comedy thriller has music by Deepak Dev, which was released recently, is doing well.
