Vasantha Balan’s next

Vasantha Balan of '€˜Veyyil'€™ fame is ready with his next project '€˜Angadi Theru'€™. It goes around the story of the life in and round a street.

The lead role is portrayed by new comer Magesh, who is a state level volley ball player. He belongs to the lower middle class rung of the society, a face that the director closed in on after screening thousands of other faces.

The heroine of this film is Anjali of '€˜Katrathu Thamizh'€™ fame. Vasantha Balan seems to have liked Anjali'€™s acting skills in the movie and booked her immediately for this film. Anjali seems to have made a mark on the industry with her down-to-earth looks and attitude.

The dialogues are penned by Jayamohan, a distinguished writer in this field.

Ayangaran international, which is into making the mega movie '€˜Robot'€™ is producing this simple, realistic, and small-budget film too.
