K.V. Anand and Suriya

Suriya and KV Anand, who have teamed up for '��Ayan'��, produced by AVM, share a long standing relationship. It was Anand who did the photo session for Suriya before his first venture '��Nerukku Ner'�� produced by Madras Talkies and directed by Vasanth. Suriya recalled this during the launch function of '��Ayan'��.

Anand reveals that he knows Suriya right from the days when he was just Saravanan (Suriya'��s original name). '��The boy was very innocent. He was not at all willing to act in the film when Vasanth called him to act in '��Nerukku Ner'��. We compelled him to act'��, says Anand.

He also informs that he narrated the one liner of '��Ayan'�� to Suriya long back when they met in the shooting for a commercial. Suriya was much impressed and gave his nod immediately.

Anand has showered lot of praise on the young actor in a recent interview: '��The growth of the actor is stunning. He has been shaped up well by directors like Bala and Ameer.'��
