Terming Indian doctors as more talented than their western counterparts, Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan today said he would prefer them treating him whenever he fell ill.

Bachchan, who was Chennai for '€˜Dasavadharam'€™ audio launch, spend some time with a group of poor children, who had undergone free cardiac surgery at a private hospital.

Lauding the hospital for performing the surgery free of cost, Bachchan donated Rs 11 lakh as a goodwill gesture.
