Vinayan's no to big stars

Noted Malayalam director Vinayan, the Malluwood director who had directed '��Kasi'��, '��En Manava Vanil'�� and '��Arputha Theevu'�� in Tamil, commenced his next Tamil venture on Friday.

Titled '��Naalai Namadhae'��, it is being produced Jana Seva, an orphanage in Kerala.

Speaking on the film, Vinayan said that he did not like directing top actors since he had to compromise with the script to suit to their tastes and mass appeal.

'��I am comfortable and content in making films with new faces'��, he said. Features newcomers Ram and Thanusha in lead roles, proceeds from '��Naalai Namadhae'�� would be utilized for maintaining the orphanage.
