'Mozhi' into Bollywood

Young star Prithviraj's biggest hit in Kollywood 'Mozhi' will be remade shortly in Hindi.

Ace producer Boney Kapoor has acquired the remake rights of the movie which will be remade without many changes.

According to initial reports Abhishek Bachchan is considered to do the lead role that Prithviraj had done with considerable ease while Kareena Kapoor is earmarked to do the potential dumb and mute act of the female lead, which was done by Jyothika in the original.

The director of the original Radha Mohan will also create the Hindi version of the movie

'€˜Mozhi'€™ was important in the acting career of many of its stars. The movie steadied the star value of Prithviraj in Tamil Nadu, running to more than hundred days while Prakash Raj showed his ample versatility to tick the funny bones.

This was the last movie that Jyothika had completed before her marriage.
