Rohini dons a new role

Rohini has tried her hands at penning the lyrics for a song. One of the few multi-faceted actresses who has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for several short films and tele-serials, Rohini this time is writing a song for director Gowtham Menon's Silandhi.

It was lyricist Thamarai, who had been the lucky mascot for Gowtham Menon and she had penned songs in his Minnale, Khaakha Khaakha and Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu. In Silandhi, Rohini has written lyrics for a song, while Thamarai for other numbers. Gowtham Menon was reportedly impressed by Rohini's work.

Meanwhile rumours are abuzz that Rohini is planning to commence her maiden directorial venture very soon.
