Race for filmfare awards begins

Who will win the prestigious 55th Filmfare awards this year? As the countdown begins for the extravagant event scheduled for August, popular names are doing the rounds already as possible winners.

Superstar Rajinikanth for 'Sivaji', Ajith for 'Billa', Vijay for 'Pokkiri' and Sathyaraj for 'Onbathu Rubai Note' are the leading contenders.

Among actresses, the race is between Tamanna for 'Kaloori', Jyothika for 'Mozhi', Nayanthara for 'Billa' and Priya Mani for 'Paruthiveeran'. Would Jyothika Nayantara and Tamanna stand a chance especially with Priya Mani winning the National Award for best actress? Let's wait and see.
