Bhagyaraj - From daughter to son
MusicMazaa.com ( July 20, 2006 )
After directing a movie introducing her daughter Saranya as heroine, actor-director Bhagyaraj is now penning the script for another film which would feature his son Santhanu in the lead role.
Santhanu is currently playing the hero in a movie titled Sakkarakatti to be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.
Bhagyaraj's Parijatham starring Prithviraj and Saranya was an emotional melodrama and managed to draw decent crowds.
Meanwhile Bhagyaraj is also acting in nearly five movies.
With shooting for the movies almost complete, he has sat down to prepare the script and screenplay for his next.
It is supposedly an action-packed film with romance. To be produced by himself, the movie would feature Santhanu as hero.
Really he seems to be a dutiful father helping his wards in their career.
