Sivakumar - Celebrating his B'day

Called as 'Margandeya' of Tamil filmdom, Sivakumar is happy celebrating his birthday.

A veteran in the film industry, Sivakumar has carved a niche for himself in the industry, playing the hero in over 150 films acting with heroines spanning two generations besides taking to character roles.

Sivakumar, winner of several accolades and awards, has acted with prominent actors including Sivaji, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.

A painter and a writer, Sivakumar's Idhu Rajapattai Alla won his accolades. Some of his movies including Kandhan Karunai, Sollathan Ninaikiren, Sindhu Bhairavi and Rosapoo Ravikaikari have become blockbusters.

A proud father, his sons Suriya and Karthi have now succeeded him in filmdom.
