R D Rajasekhar - Creativity is his forte

When directors are turning producers, a popular cinematographer, taking cue from them has jumped into production. R D Rajasekhar, who canned movies including Kaakha Kaakha and Manmadhan, has evinced keen interest in production.

He has floated his own production house called Modern Cinema.

Sasi, who directed movies including Sollamalae, Roja Kootam and the recent Dishoom, would direct the maiden venture for Modern Cinema.

The movie has been tentatively titled Sivappu, Manjal, Pachai. Buzz is that the movie would star all newcomers.

Plans are on to commence shooting at the earliest.

Rajasekhar is a man of many creative ideas. The way he shoots his visuals is a testimony to that.

So in production too, he will let creativity unbound.
