Performances:

Arulnidhi has to be appreciated for his choice of scripts. He has delivered a subtle act, so as the other three. Natural performance by RJ Ramesh. While Raghavan gave mature performance with good expressions, Sajid is a interesting find.

MS Bhaskar and foreigner who played Demonte gave stellar performances within their roles.

Technical Analysis:

Ajay Gnanamuthu has done a great job with writing, both story and screenplay. Though he takes time in establishing characters, things speed up once they enter the haunted bungalow.

Aravind Singh's cinematography is phenomenal. All the scenes are well shot with good color tone, angles and light. The aerial shot in housing board colony and the way single room is captured in hero's house with vivid lighting are absolutely brilliant.

Keba Jeremiah's background scores are pillar of Demonte Colony. Though they appear loud in parts are bearable with flow of the movie. Songs sung by D Imman and Anirudh Ravichander are aptly placed.

Editing is crisp. Demonte Colony team has to be appreciated for precise 116 minutes engaging picture.

Analysis:

Ajay Gnanamuthu proves he is from AR Murugadoss school. His ground work and perfection in making. Thanks for not including the love track for unnecessary commercial factor.

Second half of the movie is more engaging than first, as it is intense and hardly predictable.

Overal, Demante Colony is an engaging horror film. Not to miss if you are hard core lover of thriller movies.
