Krishna Bhagawan to play hero in 'John Appa Rao 40 Plus'

Several comedians right from Kasturi Siva Rao till Ali and Venumadhav played heroes and the trend would continue in future also. Now it is the turn of Krishna Bhagawan to play hero in 'John Appa Rao 40 Plus'.

Venkat Kuchipudi of 'Modati Cinema' (with Navadeep and Poonam Bajwa in the lead)-fame would direct the film. Mandira Bedi of Xtra Innnings-fame in Cricket Live programme telecast was selected as heroine for the film.

She shook legs with Simbu in a Tamil film, which was later dubbed into Telugu as 'Manmadha'. However, this film would be her debut appearance in a straight Telugu film.

Some NRI producers are producing the movie.
