'Karthika Masam' shooting in progress

The shooting of 'Karthika Masam' directed by Geddada Anandababu and produced by Anaparthi Sivarama Krishna on the banner of Mallikarjun Movies with popular Shaivaite temples in its backdrop, with Yashwant as hero is progressing well.

The film had recently completed its first schedule.

Speaking on the occasion, director says, 'A family goes on a pilgrimage to visit the Pancharamas and the film was based on this tour. It is a complete devotional movie. We have shot some important scenes during the first schedule. There are a total of nine songs in the movie and recording of all the songs was completed recently.'

Naresh, Tanikella Bharani, LB Sriram, Annapurna, Kavita, Delhi Rajeswari, Ramireddy, Narra and others are in the cast. Lakshmi Vinayak is scoring music for the flick.
