Nayanatara is the bikini girl

We wondered when we saw her in 'Thulasi'. She was decked in sarees all along. So when a little birdie told us that Nayanatara couldn'€™t hold Athulith, the boy who played her son in the film, we were surprised.

The reason, they told us was that she was on a strict diet and high protein drinks. Now, we know why. Our Chennai bureau tells us that she did a bikini scene for Ajit's recently released film Billa.

The film is the remake of a popular '70s Rajinikant film and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Don. Naturally, Nayanatara, who is not particularly skinny had to shed weight to show off her curves for the film.
