28 years of togetherness for Chiru n Surekha

Megastar Chiranjeevi and wife Surekha celebrate their wedding anniversary today.

It was 28 years back, when the couple tied the knot today at the Rajeswari Marriage Hall in Chennai.

Though it was late Allu Ramalingaiah'€™s wife who spotted her potential son-in-law, her husband was not very keen initially to get his daughter married to an aspiring actor.

But late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao convinced him that it would be a good match and the engagement ceremony too was carried out in his presence.
