Top stars under the tax net

Earlier, it was only the Bollywood stars that were subject to scrutiny by IT officials. Now, the Telugu stars too are coming into the IT net as they are getting paid never-heard-before remunerations.

The latest in tinsel ville to be subjected to such raids are Mahesh Babu and Charmme. Mahesh is the top star in the industry today, after Chiranjeevi and Charmee has been among the most successful heroines.

Naturally, the IT department started off with them. According to sources, director VV Vinayak and producer 'Dil' Raju too are undergoing raids.
