I am no item girl: Meera Chopra

Actress Meera Chopra appeared for a peppy number in Silambarasan starrer '��Kaalai'��. Now she has several offers coming her way to shake her legs for fast numbers in both Tamil and Telugu. However she has denied all the offers.

Meera Chopra says, '��Please don't brand me as item girl. I am a heroine and I want to be remembered for performing my roles with perfection'��.

'��I am currently part of a movie starring NTR Jr in the lead role in Telugu. In Tamil, I am waiting for a right script. Hopefully I will choose one before next month'��, she said.
