My movies speak for me: Oscar Ravichandran
MusicMazaa.com ( May 16, 2008 )Noted producer Oscar Ravichandran is upbeat about the fortunes of his magnum opus 'Dasavatharam'.
He brushed aside the controversy that it has some scenes which may lead to communal clash between Saivites and Vaishnavities.
He recalls that his earlier films too had a strong message.
'Films like 'Ramana' spoke against the corruption that prevails in the society, 'Anniyan' dealt in detail about the need to care for the individuals. 'Dasavatharam' is no different for it strives to drive home a point that all are creation of the Almighty', he says.
'Dasavatharam' features Kamal Haasan in ten different roles and stars Asin and Mallika Sherawat in prominent roles.
Music is by Himesh Reshammiya while K S Ravikumar has wielded the megaphone.
