From Chennai to US for ‘Robot’

'Superstar' Rajinikanth will shortly be leaving to USA to undergo makeup tests for his forthcoming film '€˜Robot'€™.

Sources close to the actor say that Rajinikanth accompanied by director Shankar would go and meet Hollywood experts on various getups that he would don in the film.

With Rajinikanth's '€˜Kuselan'€™ nearing completion, expectations are high on '€˜Robot'€™ will roll out from June.

Produced by Ayngaran International and Eros, the mega budget film would hit theatres in late 2009.

Aishwarya Rai plays the heroine, while music is by A R Rahman.
