Kamal's wishes for Chiranjeevi

A press meet was held at the Taj Krishna in Hyderabad on Dasavatharam's good showing in Andhra Pradesh and was attended by Kamal Haasan and K. S. Ravikumar.

A reporter asked Kamal Haasan for his thoughts on megastar Chiranjeevi entering active politics in Andhra Pradesh. A clearly surprised Kamal Haasan started off retorting in a lighter vein by saying "Are you asking me about a 11th avatar now?" The crowd broke into laughter.

Continuing in an attentive tone, the actor added, 'As a friend I wish Chiranjeevi all the best as it is his decision. We started off our careers about the same time and I wish him all success. I am sure he knows what is good for him'.

Kamal Haasan also mentioned politics was not his cup of tea.
