'Rakhee' is a woman-oriented film

All the shooting and post-production formalities were completed for 'Rakhee' directed by Creative Director Krishnavamsi, presented by S Gopal Reddy and produced by KL Narayana on the banner of Durga Arts with NT Ramarao, Ileana and Charmme in the lead.

The film with brother-sister sentiment in its backdrop is all set to hit the screen on December 22. According to the producers, the story goes like this A brother loves his sister so much and brings her up with utmost care.

He gets her married, but she returns as a dead body after facing harassment for additional dowry. The hero could not digest the injustice done to his sister and launches a bitter battle against the society and try to eradicate the dowry harassment in order to relieve the girls from such dowry-mongers.

The battle launched by the hero would enthrall the entire women in the society. The film would also make everyone think about the menace. Devisri Prasad gave melodious tunes to the film and the audio was already proved a big hit and remained a chart buster.
