Rava DosaiIngredients :

  • Rava 1 Cup 271 cal
  • Rice flour 1 Cup 574 cal
  • Maida 1 Cup 271 cal
  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp 7 cal
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp 7 cal
  • Green Chilles 10 grams 2.9 cal
  • Ginger 10 grams 6.7 cal
  • Curry leaves 10 grams 6 cal
  • Cilantro 10 grams 2 cal
  • Oil 50 grams 450 cal
  • Salt to taste 0 cal

Rava DosaiMethod :

1.
MethodMix rava, maida, and rice flour in water to make slightly watery batter.

fry cumin seeds, finely Chopped green chills, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Curry Leaves and Cilantro.

3.
Add all fried Ingredients in the batter.

4.
Keep this batter in room temperature for atleast 20 minutes before making dosas.

5.
After 20 mins make dosai as usual making dosai. {.] serve it hot with spicy Chutney
