Almond Chocolate Coconut Cookies
Ingredients :
- Butter 1 Cup 908 cal
- White Sugar 1 1/2 Cup 729 cal
- Brown Sugar 1 1/2 Cup cal
- Eggs 4 nos 310 cal
- Vanilla Extract 4 tsp 48 cal
- Purpose Flour 4 1/2 Cup cal
- Baking soda 2 tsp 0 cal
- Salt 1 tsp 0 cal
- Semisweet Chocolate Chips 5 Cup 4025 cal
- Flaked Coconut 2 Cup 674 cal
- Almonds 2 Cup 1458 cal
Method :

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture until well blended. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
