Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze
Ingredients :
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup 137 cal
- Ground ginger 1 tsp 3.28 cal
- Dried tarragon 2 tsp 4 cal
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp 6 cal
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp 10.2 cal
- Garlic powder 1 tsp 5.7 cal
- Salt 1/2 tsp 0 cal
- chops 4 lamb 448 cal
Method :

In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

Rub lamb chops with the seasonings, and place on a plate.

Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat grill for high heat.
5.
Brush grill grate lightly with oil, and arrange lamb chops on grill.
6.
Cook 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
