Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients :
- Lightly beaten 2 eggs 199 cal
- Canola oil 1/4 cup 482 cal
- Buttermilk 2 cups 407 cal
- Baking soda 2 tsp 0 cal
- Wheat germ 1/2 cup 207 cal
- Salt 1/2 tsp 0 cal
- Whole wheat pastry flour 1 1/2 cups 600 cal
Method :

In a medium bowl, mix eggs with oil and buttermilk. Stir in baking soda, wheat germ, salt and flour; mix until blended.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
3.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Brown on both sides, turning once.
